Transition 4.0, further revolution coming later in January? Here why the Governemnt could risk a thundering own-goal

The new version of the Transition plan 4.0, just introduced and entered into force by the law 178 of 30/12/2020 could be short-lived. This is what the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore arises in its 6th January edition, that opens with an article titled “Plan 4.0 changes: more digital, less funding for traditional goods”.
